With a little help from our friends from Thorn Brewing Co out in San Diego we’ve brewed up this true to life west coast IPA. A hop bill of Chinook & Centennial hops result in a balance of floral, earthy & tropical flavours that are rounded off with a piny, resinous bitterness which stands up to the sweet malty backbone.
