Biere de Miel - a rich, Belgian style golden ale, brewed with honey from the Calder Valley (West Yorks) & fermented with speciality yeast to retain the complex honey flavour and aroma. Sweet, aromatic and floral in equal measure, balanced by a subtle hoppy bitterness & a dry, lightly spiced finish.
Brewed in collaboration with Brew Wild with honey produced by members of the Halifax Beekeepers Association www.hkba.org.uk
