You know we love our dank IPAs, the bigger the abv the better. After the reception that Maris the Dank Engine DIPA received earlier this year we decided to make this a bit of a series. Enter engine #2! This time featuring some Chinook Cryo hops for tons of zesty grapefruit and piney, resin. To keep everything on track we’ve shoveled in plenty of Columbus and Simcoe for maximum old school dank, bitterness. For some modern juicy/fruity elements we’ve also dry hopped with fresh Galaxy and Citra. A big and bold beer that’s oh so smooth. There’s plenty of room aboard this hype train.
