The third in our Swimming in range. We had to do a mosaic one, it’s one of our favourite hops and this beer is delicious!
Hops: Mosaic T90, Mosaic BBC, and Mosaic Spectrum
Tasting notes: Blueberry on the nose, mango, stone fruit, tropical, citrus, grassy and pine to finish
