Gavagai is a Scottish Pale Ale – a blend of beers aged for 3-8 months chosen to integrate deliciously with a dry hopping of whole flower Nelson Sauvin with which the beer steeped briefly before an addition of fresh beer was made to bring the beer into fine condition in bottle. Bright with pineapple, coconut, gooseberry and deep with complex, intense funk. It is light, sharp and bitter on the palate.
