Challenge 21
INDII Brew Co. supports the Challenge 21 initiative. Where the recipient of our products appears to be under the age of 21, our couriers will ask to see proof that you are over 18 years of age. Where proof of age is not provided, our couriers will be unable to leave the products, which will be returned to INDII Brew Co. and a refund (excluding and delivery charges) will be processed.
If our couriers are in any doubt that the delivery being made is for for anybody under the age of 18, INDII Brew Co. reserves the right to cancel the delivery and return products. In the event that an order is cancelled a refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be issued.
Offers & Promotions
From time to time INDII Brew Co. will run offers and promotions. Any offers and promotions being offered will not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
INDII Brew Co. reserves its right to cancel offers and promotions at any time.
Returns
INDII Brew Co. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all craft beers and ales that we sell. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the product then we will credit your account without quibble for the product that you are not entirely happy with. All we ask is that any unopened products are returned to us and store credit to the same value will be added to your account for future use.
Replacement Items
From time to time, as stock levels fluctuate, it may be that INDII Brew Co. are unable to fulfil your order exactly. In this instance we will replace products we are unable to provide with an alternative product of equal, or greater value...NEVER LESS.
INDII Brew Points
INDII Brew points are awarded to INDII Brew Co. members with each purchase made, and also at other times as detailed on our 'rewards' tab. Points are awarded at the absolute discretion of INDII Brew Co. management and may be revoked at any time.
An active INDII Brew Co. membership is required to collect and redeem points. Membership is free.
INDII Brew Points have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash.
