5.9%Apricot Sour375ml bottle

Juicy tropical, stone fruit and citrus, with a deep peach and citrus tang and a little funk underneath. The apricot sits on top and rounds it all off.

HopsBarely there. Two of the three blended batches are completely unhopped, so the tang comes from fermentation, not hops. The third is lightly hopped and adds a touch of tropical funk.
GrainLocal barley, wheat and oats. The wheat and oats give it a soft, smooth body.
Also in itBrettanomyces yeast for the funk, and a generous load of apricots (250g per litre).
Pair it withSoft goat's cheese or brie on crackers, roast chicken with herbs, or a slice of almond or apricot tart.

6%Blood Orange IPA440ml can

An extra juicy IPA with tropical citrus up front and a tart, floral finish. The blood orange and hibiscus give it its deep red colour.

HopsDry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7. Citra brings grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit. Idaho 7 adds ripe stone fruit and a little resinous pine.
GrainThe brewery doesn't publish the grain bill for this one.
Also in it200kg of blood orange juice and hibiscus, which add sweet-tart orange and a floral edge. Vegan friendly.
Pair it withTandoori or jerk chicken, fish tacos with plenty of lime, or a sharp mature cheddar.

6.5%Hazy IPA500ml can

A luscious hazy IPA. Sweet tropical fruit with a gentle, fragrant pine edge.

HopsIdaho 7, Simcoe, Nectaron and Citra. Nectaron brings passion fruit and pineapple, Citra adds citrus, Idaho 7 gives stone fruit, and Simcoe supplies the pine and resin.
GrainDEYA don't publish the grain bill. Hazy IPAs like this typically lean on oats and wheat for a soft, pillowy body.
Pair it withPulled pork or fried chicken burgers, a Thai green curry, or a mango and chilli salsa with grilled fish.

4.5%Hazy Pale Ale500ml can

Fruit salad deliciousness. Bright and fruit-forward, and easy-going at 4.5%. The lighter sibling of Zombies.

HopsThe same four hops as Zombies: Idaho 7, Simcoe, Nectaron and Citra. At this strength they read as juicy and bright rather than heavy, with the pine kept low.
GrainNot published by DEYA. A hazy pale usually relies on a soft, low-bitterness base to let the hops lead.
Pair it withFish and chips, grilled prawns, a margherita pizza, or a crisp salad with a citrus dressing.

8%Blueberry Pumpkin Spice Sour440ml can

Pumpkin spice season, Vault City style. Sweet, jammy blueberries and creamy vanilla, warmed up with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

HopsNot the point here. The fruit and spice lead and the hops stay well out of the way.
GrainNot published by the brewery. The lactose adds a creamy, rounded body.
Also in itBlueberry, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Contains lactose.
Pair it withThis one is dessert in a can. Try it with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie, cinnamon buns or a slice of ginger cake. At 8% it's one to savour or share.

A tangy raspberry bite, softened by sweet vanilla and marshmallow. From Brew York's 2026 Halloween series.

HopsKept firmly in the background. Pastry sours put the fruit and sweetness first.
GrainNot published by the brewery. The lactose adds a creamy, rounded body.

Pair it withCheesecake, a chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, or dark chocolate with fresh raspberries.
