DIPA
The Double IPA — or DIPA — is not for the faint-hearted. Taking everything that makes an IPA great and dialling it up to eleven, DIPAs pack an enormous hop punch into a bigger, bolder, higher ABV beer that's typically 7% and above.
Expect intensely aromatic, juicy, resinous flavours — tropical fruit, pine, citrus zest, and stone fruit all turned up loud — balanced by a malt backbone substantial enough to carry all that hop weight. These are big beers that reward slow sipping.
